Recently I learning chinese leh. I mean writing chinese. Hee. Managed to send 2 chinese sms to my dad while he was in Taiwan. Although there were some wrongly typed chracters, it's still a good progress. Hopefully I can learn as much as I can so that I will be able to travel around Beijing if I happen to go out myself. Hee.

Argh. We thinking of going overseas during CNY leh. Thinking of going to Korea but ex leh. But feel like going tho. Hee

My parents coming back tml le. So happy. Hee. I have been doing housework for the past week. Very tiring eh. Everytime I finish vacum-cleaning and mopping the floor, I will feel like I have lost 2kg. Haha.

Very happy that I have no school tml too. :) No need to see that irritating IDR.

Received a call from Xiao Xiang on Thursday telling me she passed her FA paper. Very happy for her. All the best mate. :)

Aiyo. U know hor. Yesterday (18th oct) at 6:07AM, I was woken up by my neighbour downstairs. Y leh? Reason is the mother was quarreling violently with her daughter. They were like shouting and yelling like no body's business. U can imagine hor. They can even wake me up so how violently they were quarreling.

"Ur brother already useless already. How can u treat me like this?! U r the only daughter I have!"

Sigh! Poor me and my family. My mum and sis was like "which flat ah?? who ah??" Aiyo! Haha.

Anyway, I think the mother did throw alot of her daughter's possessions down the block. Dunno wat she threw leh. Maybe got some valuables. Haha.

I know u will say me very bad. Pple quarrel I still xing zai le huo. Well, I dun like the mother cos she was very nasty during the period of renovation of my house. So I dun care she kill her daughter or jump down the block herself, I wont feel anything la. Just wanna kpo wat she scold her daughter only. :p

Ok la ok la. Mouth dun so bad. Ok la...I feel sorry for them lo.

Bday lunch

Met up with Xiao Xiang at TM yesterday for lunch. No. Actually, it's a bday lunch. We had Pizza Hut. Yummy yummy! I cant remember when was the last time I had Pizza Hut. The food was good anyway. During that wat 1.5 hrs of lunch, we decided to visit Levia(not sure whether I spelt it correctly) showroom the coming Tuesday. Yeah we wanna buy one unit lo. Haha!


We went shopping after lunch and bought something for little Jayden. Hee. Nowadays kids are really fortunate. So many things to play. I felt like buy for myself when I saw those kids' stuff.


Went to Isetan to look up foundation and we met someone whom I never thought I would meet. It's Suzhen's ex-classmate. How come I knew him? I also dunno. Anway, we were quite surprised to see him at Clinique store. So weird to have a guy friend selling u cosmetics. Hmm.

Childhood and adult

I found these in my wallet just now and I, out of boredom, scanned them into the laptop and zoomed in to compare the differences. Not much of a diference except that eyes became smaller, eyebrows became thicker and darker, mouth became bigger, face became less smooth and flabbier, and of cos, hair became longer. Oh and my expression was like 'YOU BETTER PAY ME BACK MY MONEY' face. Haiz. I love my baby face. So innocent looking. And that super outdated head band. Haha.

1st and new 4-in1 printer

So happy. Reason = I bought a 4-in-1 printer and now it's in my room. Now I can print, copy, scan and fax in the middle of the night without waking my sister. Hee. So happy. :D

HP and the HBP

Aiya. Now den I know HP and the HBP realease date was pushed from 21 Nov this year all the way back to 17 Jul 2009! Ar!!!! Still got 9 months leh. How to wait??!! Sigh.

I would just have to litch on its audiobook and storybook to kill HP worms. Humph!

Once again

Haiz. Once again, I fell down on the street. This time neither in school nor in the shopping mall but at the bus stop under my block. Sigh!

Today's really a bad day. 1. fell down. 2. bought a faulty mini fan.

I really cant really remember how I manage to land myself on the bus stop pathment. I only remember the last thing I did before landing on the pathment is tapping my e-link card. Hmm. Lucky I wore jeans today if not *sob sob* no school tml liao cos leg would be so painful that I would simply refuse to get out of the hse. Anyway, just a little scratch I got.

Went shopping with xiao xiang today at city hall. We saw alot of funny and cute stuff. Went into a shop which sells alot of differnt types of accessories and we saw this little sofa (deco type not sitting type) in the shape of a rosy lips. So special. And also saw this mario keychain series. Got Mario himself and also mushroom and star I think. Aiya. Wat I can say is if I got the money, I would buy the whole shop. Haha. Anyway, it has given me alot of ideas of wat our store can sell. :p

Went into this shop also selling little accessories as well as small deco stuff and gifts. We saw this series of mini fans. Got watermelon, strawberry etc etc. We den saw this big red headed mini fan and I really liked it very much. And I said to xiao xiang think this kinda mini fan power very weak, wont produce strong wind. But in the end I still bought the big red headed mini fan at $6.80. Quite cheap rite? Normally pple buy cheap electronics home wont expect it to perform fantastically but at least can do something rite? This little stupid big head fan cant even move lo! I put in new batteries leh not used batteries leh. Yeah I know it's powwer may be weak but I didnt expected it to be so weak ma. At least blow some wind rite.

Bad day bad day. Anyway, I'm gonna go back to the shop and ask for a new one. I will bring the batteries along and try it on tthe spot. If still cannot den I will surely ask for a full refund. If they dun refund den I can bring out my business law knowledge liao.

Under section 14 of the SOGA, it must be in the course of a business that the product must befit for its stated purpose, i.e. fan should produce wind. Hmm. I shall go and flip my BLaw text to read up again.

Uni life's really quite interesting man! Although I suay suay gotten a very irritating HRM lecturer, I still quite enjoy everything. PBF and Micro lecturers are very nice towards me. As for the POA lecturer, I dun think he knows I exists. lol! Anyway, POA is not difficult for me la. I can understand what he was talking about even though I did not look at the notes to follow. The stuff being taught are not new to me anyway.

No sch on Mon and Wed for me this week. Yay! I can stay home and rot le. Hee. No la. Got things to do actually.

Wa. End of sept already. October coming. X'mas also coming. This year's X'mas will be my 2nd X'mas not in singapore. 1st was in Sweden and this time will be in Beijing. So excited! hee. I wanna visit Bird's Nest, Forbbiden City, Great Wall, etc etc. We are planning to visit Harbin as well if time and money permits. Wah! Winter winter! Snowy snowy! Hee!

Oh now I mentioned it. I have not finish uploading the photos taken in Sweden and now I cannot remember where did I stored the photos in. So sorry man! I will dig them out. I can say that the most exciting pictures have not been posted. These pictures were taken in Kiruna where all the snow and activities are. I will I will dig them out ok.

Btw, just for your info, I have given up jigsaw-puzzling. Haha! I tot I could finish it before sch started but, well, I overestimated my capabilities. And now both were stuffed into my cupboard. Sigh! If anyone interested to buy from me just let me know ba. Haha!

RELC is like a snail! Or rather, SIM is like a snail! I WANT MY UOL STUDY PACK, FORM R, OFFER LETTER AND EVERYTHING!

School fees are like bombs and yet our study materials are not binded for us?! Redict! Still have to waste my own money and effort. And the prices of the textbooks are also like bombs! So irritating! That stupid HRM lecturer is like a human sting bomb! Hate him!

Yo yo good morning everyone!

I'm so happy now. I'm a true uni student now. Haha! I PASSED MY FINAL EXAMS FOR MY DIPLOMA COURSE!!! Heehee! And today is my 2nd day of sch. Everything's going very well for me. Argh...Today's mood is very good!

Later got POA lesson. So looking forward to it cos I just simply love accounting. Yesterday's Microeconomics was erm quite ok...but I think I will have to work very very very hard in it ya.

Sunrise and Lanterns

Firstly, pls look at the pic below before reading on. U think sunrise or sunset? If u say sunrise, I would say sunset. It u say sunset, I would say sunrise. Wat am I trying to say? Things have two-way view. Positive or negative, depends on how u see it.


I woke up very early yesterday morning and saw this on my way to the toilet. I cant remember when was the last time I saw sunrise. It as really beautiful. I really envy pple who lives around coastal areas(facing east). Although Pasir Ris is considered as coastal area, my view is permanantly blocked by HDB buildings. So, can only see abit of sunrise. My place cant even see sunset. But nvm...I dun like sunset.

We drove to Chinatown last night to see Lantern Festival lightings. Didnt manage to take many photos cos alot of car speeding on the road so cannot slow down to take. But managed to capture this.

So many lanterns! Feels like CNY instead. Haha. There was this very big shaped lantern sitting on the divider but didnt manage to capture that. It was really....cant describe verbally cos it was really so big and beautiful.

But, the most enjoyable stuff I enjoy most is MOONCAKES! Haha! Food is always my favourite. :p.

Adicted

I'm really adicted to these two games, Tomb Raider Anniversary and Virtual Tennis. Ok. I'm adicted to Tomb Raider is because I naturally love mission games. As for Virtual Tennis, I admit it has more or less due to Olympics. Haha. Since I cant find Table Tennis or Volleyball games, I guess Tenis is good enough. A substitution u see. Hee.

I think playing tennis or sport games using Wii is more fun cos u can actually move like the real player in the game. But I'm still considering whether to get a Wii. My parents also can play leh. It's said to be helpful to the elderly with stroke or pakinsen etc etc. Hmm. Although my parents dun have these illness but it would be good to do something before anything happens right. Oh. It sounds like excuses to myself. Not very convincing. Ok la. I admit I myself wanna play. Hee.

Alright! I shall wait till my exam results are out. If I am able to pass everything(particularly for ISB) with at least a C, I'll buy. That's a promise to myself.

Holiday time killer

Met Xiao Xiang on Mon at Tamp for lunch. She was shocked when she received my sms, not cos I wanna meet her for lunch but it's the fact that I smsed her early in the morning at 9am, a timing where I hardly leave my bed. Hee. Anyway, more shocking new are coming...

On Mon, I bought something which I have never bought and never tot of buying before. Jigsaw puzzels and not 1 but 2! one 200pcs and the other 500pcs. Actually, I am not really sure if I can finish them before my classes start but can kill time so I think.... Furthermore, I dun wan myself to stick to the tv and psp whole day long. Not good for health and eyes. Hee.

A story for entertainment:

Xiao Xiang and I were heading towards the bus stop when we saw this guy waiting for the IKEA shutter bus. Then after we past the shutter bus stand, xiao xiang and I started this conversation:

Xiang: "Ee! That guy very disgusting!"
Me: "Who?"
Xiang: "A guy who's quing for the shutter bus"

Me: "What has he done?"

Xiang: "He was digging his finger into his ass!"

Me: "!!! + hahaha"

Xiang: "He was digging so deep that his pants were being pushed into the 'ahem'"

Me: "EEEEE! How come he didnt see us coming and how come he didnt stop when he saw us approaching?"

Xiang: "Cos he cannot react in time"

Me: "OMG! Oh! Maybe he was wearing g-string. Maye the string was stuck inside and he need to dig it out for comfort sake"

Xiang and I: "WAHAHAHAHA!"

So, the moral of the story is dun think pple cannot see wat u're doing. Must be careful wat u're doing. Dun give pple the chance to luff at u. Ok! Just a little entertaining story. Enjoy ur day. :)

Yoyo! I'm back to blog again. Have been really really busy with exam revision. I really studied day and night. But I'm still hapy yeah! :)

Singapore Table Tennis Women's team! I Love U!

I am currently adicted to watching table tennis matches of the Beijing Olympic Games 2008. They are so exciting! It reminds me of my great fancy for table tennis when I was young. But, oh well!

Anyway, Singapore won the Silver medal for group match but didnt win anything for single's match. I think it's ok because u will understand the difficulty of playing against such a great opponent if u guys have watched those matches. Zhang Yining ah! Difficult to defeat la. 1st ranking in the world leh. Anyway, I really think the Singapore team has faught hard and tried their best. They are my new and first ever sports idols. Especially Feng Tianwei! Fantastic table tennis player I think.

Many people are saying that our table tennis players 'were' from China and yes that's true. BUT, they 'are' singapore citizens alr. So y still wanna criticise? U think very easy to play in such a big show meh? PM Lee also said wat. China has 1.3 billion population and Singapore only has 4million. So we have to bring in foreign talents ma. Dun forget that the shirts they were wearing during the match has the Singapore Flag on it. So why still complain? Cant understand those pple who dosent really supports Li Jiawei and team.

Anyway, they have won a Silver and I think it's really very good alr.

So, wat have I been doing besides sticking to the TV to watch table tennis? Oh well, study for exams lo wat else? I will be starting a whole new life after 5st Sept. Quite excited tho. Time really flies. 15mths are almost over in just a blink of the eye. 2 more years to go.

Ok. Time to sleep. Nite. Maybe I will dream of Feng Tianwei tonight. Hahaha!

BEST SINGAPORE!

YAY! Singapore is gonna play China in the finals for pingpong this Sunday! Although this game wasnt won by Li Jiawei, it's ok. As long as Singapore gets to play in the finals. The game was won by a 21 year-old gal by the name of Fang Tianwei(I dunno how to spell la hor but something like this). She's Singapore's heroe ok! I think I am having a new ou xiang liao. I heard that Korea(lost the game to Fang Tianwei) actually placed Fang Tianwei in their list of opponents who are less threatening to them. Haha! So this teaches them a lesson of not to look down on youngsters and do not judge ur opponent by his/her age and competition experience. Oh! I'm really super duper excited now! :) I was really sitting in front of the TV and slamming table/remote control and yelling supports for the team. And now I'm feeling so hot!

Anyway, to be frank, this is the first game I've ever watched in any Olympic games. I, initially, not very interested who wins who loses. Since nth to do so I started watching and as the game goes, I felt more and more excited lo. Who say Singapore small den cannot do anything, cannot have any archievements?? Dun look down on us hor TW. Or I should arrow Mr. Li! Dun u ever dare say Singaporeans are stupid! Just shut it!

Anyway, big big CONGRATS to the Singapore Ping Pong team and of cos to us Singaporeans! Woohoo!!!!!!

I'm very happy toady cos I just earned some $$ from NOL. Hee. Not much tho but I think it's a good start. I'mgonna aim for another stock to buy. Maybe NOL again if oil prices goes up again. :P I'm also vey happy cos I bought the whole series of Harry potter books in hardcover at $240. Super excited. :D

How many of u watched the opening for Olympic Games 2008 last Fri? I did watch it anyway. Wah lao! The fireworks like free one. But very nice la. Actually I didnt watch from start till end. I only watch the part when the athelettes(wah i dunno how to spell) from different countries marched out. I was waiting and waiting for Sweden and Singapore which, both, happened to march the last few. But I wanna say, I think my geography is very very very lousy cos I actually never heard of most of the countries. Anyway, USA very hao lian hor. Bring so many pple to have war ah?

Ok let's talk about NDP. So poor thing leh the performers and the ministers, have to watch the parade in the rain. We were discussing dunno will LKY take umbrella anot. Eh eh...we are not being sarcastic hor. We were quite worried for him cos he so old and still have to sit in the rain?? Anyway, it was lucky that the rain stopped before the plane stuns. The stuns were fantastic man! Anyway, actually wanted to drive to ECP there(actually i dunno how to spell the name of the bridge. Isit Sheers? or Shears?) to watch fireworks and take photos but Daddy dun wan cos sure jam like hell. Anyway, after seeing the fireworks in the Olympic Games 200 opening ceremony, I didnt really feel any excitment for the NDP fireworks. But I never wished I was in Beijing. :P

The Mummy, Tomb Of The Dragon Emporor & Money No Enough

Wow! I watched 2 movies in two consecutive days. The Mummy on Tuesday and $$ No Enough just now. Never had so much of entertainment in such a short period of time. Anyway, both movies are really good, although I find The Mummy abit scary. But the storyline very creative I think. For those of u who didnt or havent watch it, a little spoiler, the Mummy is Qin Shi Huang! So the timeline is like aver 2000 years. I love movies/dramas with historical storyline. So I highly recommend The Mummy, Tomb Of The Dragon Emporor. 5*

Now comes to Money No Enough. A very typical Singaporean local movie with very Singaporean local storyline. I didnt watch part 1 actually. But it's ok cos no links between the storyline of the two parts. Anyway, it is super funny I think. A very good entertaining movie if u are feeling down recently. Haha! Some people may think local production is cheap-skate, or rather movies directed by Jack Neo are low class and cheap, ok I agree to a certain extent but is very realistic lo. Anyway, HK produced movies also very low class one ma, except some la like Wu Jian Dao. But Singapore culture is like that. So I also recommend this movie with 4*.

The next movie I'm gonna watch is 12 Lotus! 14 Aug also happens to be the 14th day of the 7th month in the chinese calendar. Hee. Must watch it in early evening. Cannot go home too late on that day. :)

p/s: I think is bcos I just watched The Mummy that I'm now downloading Tomb Raider Anniversary for my PSP. Dunno hao wan bu hao wan leh.

How come the weather is super warm these few days?! Piangz. Can just blow some wind anot? Dun rain nvm but at least blow some cool wind ma.

Have been having holiday for the past 3 days. U must be wondering how come got holiday. Yeap! 2 of the days were due to Law lecturer went off to Sydney dunno for wat and the remaning day was bcos I didnt attend class. aha. Aiya! Lab session super sian and slack. So didnt want to waste my time going to e lab and starring into space. Ok la. Not starring into space. Lab session sure use the lab's laptop to surf internet one ma. Students are like tt and I know myself super well that I know I will do tt. Hee. So stayed at home to do my Macroecons assignment.

WTH! The question so vague how on earth would I know wat is it asking for? Anyway, went to the lecturer today and now I know the ans.

Let me tell u an amazing thing. I started this sem on 1st of July, Tuesday, which aslo happened to be Macroecons lecture. Until the past Tuesday which was 29th July, den e Macroecons know about my eye condition. Fantastic man! Come to think of it, I am not sure if e ISB lecturer knows about it. I'm supr sure that e Law lecturer alr knew about it tho. Isnt it obvious? I have been using my manifying glass ever since I started attending 'school'. Furthermore, the classroom is not big lo. Dunno where they have been looking at. Ok la. Change 'they' to 'he'.

Today is Saturday! And it's a very warm Saturday. How I wish Singapore have winter. Hmm

Aiyo! Now HK having sale till 21st Sept! I wanna go! But...nobody wants to go leh. My mum and sis dun like warm weather. They say Singapore alr warm enough. HaiZz. Anybody out there wanna go? :)

Aiyoyo! Seems like I have not been blogging for quite a long time alr.

Anyway, have been 'quite' busy doing school assignments. So far done half of the load. Hee. Seems like this semester not as 'cham' compared to previous semesters. I used to do assignments overnight but now I sleeps at 10 almost everyday since this semester commences.

10? 10?! U should be thinking 'something must have gone wrong'. BUT! It's true and I am certainly ALRIGHT! Just that when the clock strikes at 9, I will start yawning like hell. Although I sleeps so early every night, I can still finish my assignments on time and sometimes in advance wor.

Anyway, besides 'busy' preparing for assignments, I recently addicted to experimenting double eyelid tape. Hahaha! Yes. Double eyelid tape! My 'inner double eyelid' damn irritating. My drawn eyeliner ALWAYS went missing whenever my eyes are open. So do I have to walk around with my eyes closed? WTH!

Oh yes! Yesterday I downloaded a new PSP game called Secret Agent Clunk. Very interesting game. U are requited to spy secretly at some dunno wat place where they have soldiers and spotlights around to guard the place and if the spotlights shone on u den they will shoot some bomg at u and u have to avoid them.

Anyway, it is a routine for me to fall once at every school I went to. Dun mention primary school la, primary school sure more active so sure will injured urself often. Den secondary school, fell down at the school foyer. Den ITE, fell down on the stairs. And now, SIM. Eww!

Aiya,anyway just come here to write something only. Nothing much to update except that I'm currently starting my assignments, figuring out how to use double eyelid tapes and lose weight. Hahaha!

In the happy scenes, there were always two sets of footprints, mine and the Lord's. However, in the sad scenes, there was only one set of foot prints, mine. I turn to the Lord and asked, "You promised you'll never leave me. How come you left me when I'm in my most down period in life?". The Lord replied, "I did not left you. I am all alond with ou. It's just that I was carrying you when you were at your most down and sad period of time".'

I am not a chirstian or catholic but I heard this story during a wake I attended yesterday. I was really touched by it and I actually cried. I believe that God is with 'her' now, guiding her into eternal happiness. Never suffer or worry. I was never close to her but I noe she's a nice, kind hearted and inteligent person. I would say I still and will remember the times when we met. You'll always live in our heart. Amen!

Went to Tiong Bahru plaza with QX for steamboat buffet dinner at Rajar...erh...sorry I forgotten the name. Hee. Anyway, took quite a number of pics but hee lazy to resize it so erm not posting any. Anyway, the conclusion is...VERY NICE AND WU HUA!!

Basically did nothing much. Only stayed at home to rot.

Sunday
Ha! This is the happening day! Attended Kenji Wu's music showcase at DragonFly. First time to step into a pub. Although only drank orange juice but still...its the atmostphere that counts. Anyway, went with Eunice and we were really very very close to the stage. Not more den 2metres I think. Eunice thinks he's shuai but erm I should say he's not bad looking. Hee. Oh! I also took alot of pics during the music showcase. Maybe I would only post it later ba. I'm really feeling tired now tho.

Nothing much again but stuck to the computer to lerk around youtube.

Today
1st day of sch and abit sian tho. Although I din fell asleep, I was actually day dreaming. Haha.
